LATE ARRIVAL and CANCELLATION  POLICY

At Pure Life, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as car problems, traffic considerations, business meetings, and family emergencies, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling a massage appointment. 

In our commitment to provide an outstanding massage experience to all our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

 

ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE-Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to complete the appropriate client forms, change and prepare for the service.  All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. 

If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged. 

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY- Please call us at 1-334-463-9391 if you are running late.  In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply. All deposits are non refundable. You also have the option to reschedule your appointment for a different date/time. 

 

Cancellation Policy-Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Canceling your appointment in an adequate time frame allows us an opportunity to service another client.  All deposits are non refundable. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment for a different date/time ONCE. 


 

Appointment confirmations will ALWAYS be sent to your email address on file when we book your appointment. Please be sure to check your spam folder. A text message reminder will always be sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
