LATE ARRIVAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY At Pure Life Massage Therapy and Spa, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise in anyone's life. Factors such as vehicle issues, traffic delays, work commitments, and family emergencies are just a few reasons why one might need to cancel a massage appointment. In our dedication to ensuring an exceptional massage experience for all our clients and in consideration of our therapists' time, we have implemented the following policies: LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We kindly request that you contact us at 1-334-463-9391 if you anticipate being late for your appointment. To ensure we remain on schedule for all our clients, we may need to shorten your service duration if you arrive late. Please note that the regular service fee will still apply. CANCELLATIONS - Please be advised that due to the processing fees associated with electronic payments, all deposits made electronically are NON-REFUNDABLE. It is important to understand that when you submit your deposit electronically, Pure Life receives your payment only after the fees have been deducted by the payment processor. Consequently, if you request a refund, we are obligated to refund the entire amount, despite not having received the full sum ourselves. However, we are pleased to offer you the option to reschedule your appointment to a date and time that is more convenient for you. For assistance with rescheduling, please contact us at 1-334-463-9391. ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE: We kindly request that you arrive for your massage appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. This allows you sufficient time to complete the necessary client forms, change, and prepare for your service. Arriving early ensures a relaxed and unhurried experience, as all massages adhere to a specific schedule. Please note that if you anticipate arriving late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to maintain our schedule. The full treatment fee will still apply.
